The Pamusiai barrow cemetery is located approximately 0.2 km west of Pamusiai on the Jurgionys–Babriškės road. Covering 4 hectares, it comprises more than 100 burial mounds and is considered the largest and well-researched burial monument in this area. Cremation burials dating from the 8th to the 10th century have been found in the Pamusiai barrow cemetery.

The kayaking route on the Varėnė can begin in Pamusiai. The Varėnė water route passes by Pamusių miškas and Pamusiai. After the section starting from Pamusiai, the Varėnė flows through a marshy valley overgrown with tall reeds.
