Website visits and server logs

When you visit the website, the web server processes technically necessary access data. This may include your IP address, date and time, the address accessed, the amount of data transferred, referrer, browser, operating system, and device characteristics. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, identify errors, defend against attacks, and ensure secure operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure online service under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website is hosted on servers in Germany and data is transmitted in encrypted form over HTTPS.

Cookies and similar technologies

Technically necessary storage may be used when required for a function you have expressly requested. Cookies, device identifiers, and comparable technologies for Google advertising that require consent are managed through Google's Consent Management Platform. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the “Change privacy settings” link further down this page. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Google AdSense and Google's consent management

This website uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google and other third-party providers integrated through AdSense may use cookies or store or access information on your device to deliver ads, measure their performance, prevent fraud and misuse, and prepare reports. The data processed may include, in particular, your IP address, page address, referrer, device and browser data, approximate location information, online identifiers, and information about ad views and interactions.

Google uses advertising cookies, among other things, to allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Personalised advertising and the storage or use of identifiers required for it take place only if you have given your consent through the consent management system. In that case, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without your consent, Google may serve limited or non-personalised ads where available. Even then, technically necessary data such as your IP address may be processed for ad delivery, security, frequency capping, and aggregated measurement.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, this website uses Google's certified Consent Management Platform under the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework. There, you can consent, reject, or manage individual purposes and providers. The current list of participating providers and purposes is available directly in the privacy options via the “Partner list” link. You can also manage or disable personalised advertising in your Google Account through Google ad settings.

Google provides further information about this in Advertising technologies and its Privacy Policy. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Google describes the safeguards and transfer mechanisms it uses in its Privacy Policy.

Cookie-free reach measurement with Matomo

To analyse website usage statistically, we use Matomo on the Max-TD domain analytics.max-td.com. Matomo is configured not to set analytics cookies and to respect the browser's “Do Not Track” setting. The data processed may include the address accessed, referrer, time, browser and device information, screen resolution, and the IP address required for transmission. This analysis helps us understand technical issues and general use of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly reach measurement and improving our service under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Enquiries

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we process your contact details, the content of your message, and the technical information needed to handle it. We process this information to respond to your enquiry and, if your enquiry relates to a contract, to take steps prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with you under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Recipients and transfers to third countries

Data is shared only with parties that need it for the purposes stated above. These may include hosting and technical service providers, Google in connection with AdSense, and the external provider whose website you visit. Max-TD Pty Ltd is based in Australia. Where data is transferred from the European Economic Area to a third country, we comply with applicable legal requirements and, where necessary, use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose data if legally required to do so.

Data retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by law. Security and server data is deleted or anonymised as soon as it is no longer needed to operate the website or prevent misuse. Contact and contractual data may be retained for longer in accordance with applicable commercial, tax, and liability limitation periods.

Your data protection rights

Where the legal requirements are met, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object. You may withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Send data protection enquiries to hi@princ-solutions.com. To protect your data, we may ask you to provide appropriate proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
