Nature
The Nemunaitis tufa outcrops are 900 m long in total, 20–30 m wide and 1.2–10 m high; layered whitish, grey and brown tuff is visible. The Nemunaitis spring is maintained and equipped for drawing water.
Paths
A footpath running along the Nemunas through the recreation area on Kranto St. leads from Nemunaitis to Klebono Stone. Klebono Stone in the Nemunas was the reason a water measurement station was established there in 1877. From the recreation area, the path leads in the opposite direction for about one kilometre downstream along the bank to the tufa outcrop; there is no specially constructed path there.
