Nowadays several new Spa&Wellness centers are being built in Lithuania. Very soon a large spa complex will be opened in Palanga. In Druskininkai now you may not only improve your health but also visit numerous beauty saloons, therapeutic mud baths and massage rooms. There is also a wonderful rehabilitation centre in Birshtonas. You can also go riding of rowing there.

We should also say some words about the capital of Lithuania Vilnius. Vilnius is a great and noisy city and that’s why it is not calm and not very clean. But the service here is at a high level and tourists can visit a spa saloon with talassotherapy, massage and aromatherapy. The Villon hotel, which is situated 19km from Vilnius, is an ideal place for those who don’t want to go far from the capital but want to rest in a calm and quite place.

The nature there is very beautiful with lots of lakes and many of them are even more picturesque than the seaside. The most famous Lithuanian lakes are the Drukshye, the Zhuvintas and the Platelie. The best centers for vacation are lake spa-hotels of Balvilis 4* on the Bebrusye lake (62 km from Vilnius) and Zarasy on the border between Lithuania and Latvia.
