On June 20, 2025, the traditional festival “Ryškėnų vasara su Jonais ir Janinomis” took place in Ryškėnai Park. The festival included a presentation of Samogitian cuisine, during which traditional dishes were tasted and preparation methods were explained.
The Ryškėnai Cultural Center organizes summer creative camps for children and young people. In 2025, Ryškėnai hosted the national folk music band festival “Eikim vyrai pas mergas.” Also in 2025, the regional festival for live music groups “Akordų mūšis” took place there. That same year, the dance festival “Onyte, einam su manim pašokti 2025” was also held in Ryškėnai.
The festival “Ryškėnų vasara žemaitiškai” traditionally began with sports competitions in the Žemaitija region.
