Culture

The Pociūnai Cultural Centre is located at 19 Ąžuolų St. in Pociūnai. The nearby Burbiškis Manor is a cultural heritage site featuring Neo-Romantic and Neo-Gothic architecture. It houses a collection of 300 tulip species and varieties.

Founded in 1991, the Daugyvenė Cultural and Historical Museum-Reserve in Pakalniškių Eldership comprises four departments: the Burbiškis Manor History Department, the Kleboniškiai Village Museum of Peasant Life, the Šeduva Local History Department and the Raginėnai Archaeological Complex.

History

Pociūnai is mentioned in 1686. During the Soviet occupation, Pociūnai was the central settlement of a state farm established in 1940; it was the first of its kind in Lithuania.

The village of Kleboniškiai has 28 buildings, 18 of which belong to the Kleboniškiai Village Museum of Peasant Life. It is also home to a windmill built in 1884 that is still in operation.

Hiking

On 11 March 2026, a hike to the Burbiškis Manor History Museum began in Pociūnai.
